Our products

Two product lines,
one supplier.

Italian quinoa and oil olives for the food industry, olive mills and processing companies. Availability, specifications and supply terms on request.

Italian quinoa supply chain

One of the first
Italian quinoa supply chains.

Our quinoa crops are grown mainly in Puglia and Umbria, the regions at the heart of an entirely Italian supply chain. We provide farmers with seed and coordinate every stage of production, from sowing and harvesting through to processing and distribution.

The variety is Carmela: Italian white quinoa with a low saponin content.

Production methods

A supply chain followed
at every stage.

We supply quinoa seed to farmers and support them throughout the growing cycle; we coordinate harvesting and collection from the farms, then sorting, processing and storage to meet supply requirements, all the way to delivery with traceability for every lot.

Carmela quinoa,
from an Italian supply chain.

A sweet variety with a low saponin content and a white-beige grain, conventional and organic.

Oil olives,
grown in Italy.

Arbequina, Arbosana, FS-17 Favolosa, Peranzana and Coratina, conventional and organic.

Organic and conventional

Organic and conventional,
for every need.

Quinoa and all olive cultivars are available from both organic and conventional farming.

Our organic lines follow the method set out in the European organic farming regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) and are inspected and certified by Suolo e Salute. Our conventional lines follow the same sorting, processing and traceability criteria.

For every lot we tell you the production method and the documentation available.
